Abstract
Laser power and focus distance are important parameters that can influence the laser welding quality,for researching the influence of these parameters on stainless steel laser welding line properties,in this paper a laser welding system is established to do welding test with different laser power and focus distance.the changing of welding line and tensile strength are contrasted.The results indicated the width and penetration of welding line will change using different laser power.The penetration would be much more sensitive and the width would change little.With the change of focus distance,the width and penetration had the same variation trend.And we would get much bigger penetration when using a much lower laser focus position.To part-penetration laser welding line,the tensile strength and width had positive correlation and had less relationship with the penetration.关键词
