摘要

Abstract

Li2+xMnBxSi1-xO4 cathode materials were successfully synthesized by citric acid sol-gel method.The structure,morphology and electrochemical performance of the materials were characterized by XRD,SEM and electrochemical performance tests.The results show that the B element has entered into the lattice of the Li2MnSiO4 material successfully,and the cell volume of B-doped Li2MnSiO4 material increases.The particle size distribution become more uniform,and the particle size is about 50-100 nm.The study shows that when the doping amount of B is 6% (molar fraction),the first discharge specific capacity of the material is 164.2 mAh/g at 0.1 C and its cycling performance is good,while the discharge specific capacity of pure phase Li2MnSiO4 material at the same condition is only 119.2 mAh/g.
