包覆改性对高电压钴酸锂微观组织与性能的影响
Effect of coating modification on microstructure and properties of high voltage LiCoO2

Abstract
Coating modification is an important research direction of the lithium cobalt oxide (LiCoO2) cathode materials.Using solid phase sintering method,LiCoO2 was coated with nanometer titanium dioxide,aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide under different conditions.Electrochemical measurements were performed at 0.5 C and 1 C,in the range of 3.0-4.35 V.The specific capacity,platform rate and cycle performance of composite coating modified LiCoO2 were improved obviously.The best electrochemical performance of coated modified LiCoO2 was obtained at 980 ℃/12 h.The specific capacity was up to 172.8 mAh/g,and after 1 00 cycles,the capacity decay was only 6.2%.关键词
