锂离子电池Si/C/G复合负极材料的制备及性能研究
Preparation of silicon/carbon/graphite composite anode material for lithium-ion battery and its properties

Abstract
A novel Si/C composite negative electrode for lithium ion batteries was obtained by pyrolyzing the mixture of polyvinylpyrrolidone,nano-Si powder and artificial graphite particles.The influence of thermal decomposition temperature on structures,morphology and electrochemical properties of the composites were studied through XRD,SEM,TEM and constant current charge/discharge test method.When the thermal decomposition temperature is 600 ℃,the comprehensive electrochemical properties of Si/C/graphite composite cathode material synthesis is better.The first discharge specific capacity can reach 953.5 mAh/g and the first coulombic efficiency can reach 85.3% at 100 mA/g.In addition,its retention capacity is 87.2% after 50 cycles.It demonstrates that the carbon-coating structure can be obtained by pyrolyzing the polyvinylpyrrolidone,as well as the graphite matrix which will improve the electrochemical performance of the silicon-based anodes effectively.关键词
