锂离子电池用SiO/C负极材料的制备及性能研究
Preparation of SiO/C anode materials for Li-ion batteries and its performance

Abstract
The SiO/C composites were prepared by mechanical ball-milling,spray drying and high-temperature pyrolysis technology,using asphalte,citric acid and sucrose as carbon sources.The microstructure and morphology of the prepared SiO/C composites by different carbon sources were characterized by XRD,TG and SEM.The test results demonstrate that the carbon content of SiO/C composite using asphalt,citric acid,sucroce are 15.8%,14.1%,9.7%,respectively.The electrochemical tests result show that the coulombic efficiency of SiO/C composites using asphalte,citric acid and sucrose as carbon sources are 62.7%,54.6% and 53.6%,respectively.After 100 discharge/charge cycles,the discharge specific capacity are 661.7,565.1 and 322.8 mAh/g,respectively.This implies the SiO/C composite by asphalt exhibits the best electrochemical performances,and the enhanced electrochemical performances are attributed to the most amorphous carbon content.关键词
