Abstract
MnO2/G composites were synthesized by hydrothermal method in this study.The single thermal battery of LiSi/LiNO3-KNO3/(MnO2/G) was successfully praparad by the powder compaction technique.The structure of MnO2/G composite and its compatibility with nitrate electrolyte was analyzed by XRD and DTA.The electrical properties of single cell were studied by using two kinds of discharge modes of constant current and pulse,and the effects of discharge temperature and current density on the electrical properties were also analyzed.The test results show that temperature and current density have great influence on the electrical properties.When the test temperature is 350 ℃,the discharge platform is relatively stable and has the highest discharge capacity.When the current density is 30 mA/cm2,the discharge process has a high and stable discharge platform.While the platform voltage is cut off at 2.0 V,the specific capacity was 639.5 mAh/g.The thermal battery also has better anti-pulse performance.关键词
