摘要

Abstract

Lithium manganese phosphate (LiMnPO4) is one of the most promising cathode materials for rechargeable lithium batteries due to its stable structure,high energy density,low cost and environmental friendly.However,the low electronic conductivity and slow diffusion of lithium ions in LiMnPO4 lead to its poor electrochemical activity.The research progress to improve the performance of LiMnPO4 cathode materials for Li-ion batteries,including modification research and compounding/blending with other cathodes was reviewed.
