彩色正畸粘接剂的实验研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the decrease of dental injures by changing the colors of adhesives caused by remo-ving the residual adhesives after orthodontic treatment.Methods:One hundred and fifty premolars which were extracted for orthodontic treatments were divided randomly into two groups,that each group with 75 teeth.One group was bonded with Begg brackets by non-spatulation type enamel adhesive resin added with gardenia biue natural food colors,the other group was bonded with Begg brackets by non-spatulation type enamel adhesive resin.After removing the brackets,the residual adhesive resins were removed with ultrasonic scaling.Then the time of removing the residual adhesives,the residual rates of the enamel adhesive resins and the enamel morphological changes under stereo microscope were recorded.Results:After removing the enamel adhesive resins,the surface scratch in the colorless group were much more and deeper than the nonferrous group un-der the stereo microscope.The residual rates of colorless group were apparently higher than the nonferrous group,statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in timing-consuming of removing the residual adhesives between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In orthodontic treatment,the use of nonfer-rous enamel adhesives can reduce the damage to the dental tissue when the residual adhesive is removed.关键词
