单侧完全性唇腭裂患者上颌牙槽骨厚度的CBCT研究
A study of maxillary alveolar bone thickness in individuals with unilateral cleft lip and palate by CBCT

Abstract
Objective:To compare the differences of alveolar bone attachment and thickness adjacent to a cleft in pa-tients with unilateral complete cleft lip and palate by cone beam computed tomography(CBCT).Methods:Thirty-six patients with unilateral complete cleft lip and palate and their CBCT imaging data were collected.The data for teeth adjacent to the cleft were compared with those of noncleft teeth.For each tooth analyzed,the distance between the cementoenamel junction (CEJ)and the bone crest(AC)and the thickness of the buccal bone level at 3,6 and 1 mm before apex were measured.Re?sults:The CEJ-AC distance for teeth at the cleft region was higher than that for teeth in noncleft region.The bone thicknesses of the central incisor and canine at the cleft region at the level of 3 mm were statistically significantly thinner than that of the noncleft region respectively.Conclusion:In patients with unilateral complete cleft lip and palate,teeth adjacent to the alveo-lar cleft are covered by a thin alveolar bone plate compared with noncleft region. Therefore,tooth movements adjacent to cleft area must be performed with caution considering the thin alveolar bone plate.关键词
