口腔扁平苔藓伴发桥本甲状腺炎的横断面研究
A cross?sectional study of oral lichen planus combined with Hashimoto's thyroiditis

Abstract
Objective:The aim of the study was to investigate the morbidity of patient with oral lichen planus(OLP) and hashimoto thyroiditis(HT)and the relationship between the two diseases.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conduc-ted to study 418 patients of OLP were enrolled between June 2017 and Oct 2017.The personal medical history of HT was ob-tained by questionnaire while tested the thyroid function. Results:The prevalence rate of patient with OLP and HT was 15.79%(66/418).The morbidity of HT in OLP patients was much higher than general population(P<0.001).In addition, 61 patients with OLP and HT were female,5 patients with OLP and HT were male,and the prevalence rate were 19.30%(61/316)and 4.90%(5/102),respectively(χ2= 12.03,P<0.01).And 33.33%(22/66)OLP patients with HT had a ab-normal thyroid function.Conclusion:The incidence of OLP patients with HT was relatively high,especially in female.There-fore,we should pay more attention to thyroid diseases or function in female patients of OLP.关键词
