不同咬合状态牙周炎患者正畸后的牙龈退缩变化
Study on the change of gingival recession of patients with periodontitis under different occlusion conditions

Abstract
Objective::To investigate the effect of orthodontic treatment on gingival recession in patients with peri-odontities under different occlusion conditions.Methods:Twenty-one adult cases with periodontitis of different occlusion were chosen whom orthodontic treatment was performed,and the changes of gingival degeneration were observed and analysised. Results:After orthodontic treatment,the numbers of teeth with gingival recession and gingival index of occlusal hypofunction teeth group were significantly increased than that before treatment(P<0.05).The number of gingival recession patients with occlusal hypofunction combined trauma occlusion group were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05).However,no significant difference of gingival recession was observed in normal group and traumatic group.Compared with dental trauma group,occlusal hypofunction group and occlusal hypofunction combined trauma occlusion group,the teeth number of gingival recession and its levels were significantly higher than that of trauma group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Orthodontic treatment to trauma occlusion group will not lead to gingival recession,but can increase the level of gingival recession to occlusal hypo-function group.关键词
