2012～2015年成都市单采血小板捐献者血液筛查结果分析
Analysis of the Blood Screening Result of ApheresisPlatelet Donors in Chengdu City from 2012 to 2015

Abstract
Objective To analyze the changes of infectious indexes of apheresis platelet donors in Chengdu from 2012 to 2015,find ways to reduce fraction defective and determine the target recruitment donors of apheresis platelet. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the blood screening results of 60,132 apheresis platelet blood donors from 2012 to 2015 in Chengdu.The unqualified results were analyzed by χ2test. Results The unqualified rate of platelet detection in Chengdu was 3.45%.There was statistically significant difference in annual unqualified rate of the detection (χ2=61.049,P<0.05). HBsAg and anti-TP were the major unqualified items.There were significant differences in different age groups (χ2=42.299, P<0.05).Conclusion Test rate in the past three years showed a downward trend.We should increase the publicity efforts of voluntary blood donation,improve screening and blood testingand recruitment of low-risk blood donors.关键词
