摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the disadvantages that the typical Chua's chaotic circuit has a small variation range of parameters and does not applicable to high frequency circuits,a method is used to design the fourth-order Chua's chaotic circuit by using current conveyors.A fourth-order Chua's circuit is realized by deforming the typical Chua's circuit,and the nonlinear resistor and simulated inductor in fourth-order Chua's circuit are realized with current conveyors.The adjusting range of parameters is extended,and the work frequency and stability of the circuit are improved.A secure communication circuit is designed to encrypt the information signal.The circuit is simulated with PSPICE software,which proves the feasibility of proposed method.
