摘要

Abstract

Removal of lead from electrolytic manganese anode slime was studied.The anode slime was processed by roasting,grinding and screening,then was leached using ammonium acetate solution. SEM,XRD were used to characterize the anode slime before and after roasting and leaching.The effects of particle size,temperature,ammonium acetate solution concentration and leaching time on leaching of lead were examined,and the leaching mechanism was preliminary analyzed.The results show that leaching of lead in electrolytic manganese anode slime with different particle size is obviously different,the leaching rate of lead increase with temperature.The leaching of lead is about 99.3% under the optimum conditions of average particle size of electrolytic manganese anode slime about 10 μm,temperature of 80 ℃,ammonium acetate concentrate of 2 mol/L,liquid-to-solid ratio of 10:1 and leaching time of 30 min.After leaching,pure porous networked manganese dioxide powder can be obtained.
