精准医学时代对胆石病诊治的思考
A contemplation on diagnosis and treatment of cholelithiasis in the era of precision medicine
摘要
Abstract
In the era of precision medicine,cholelithiasis should be managed under a new biomedical healthcare strategy integrated with traditional therapeutic mode.Moreover,a tailored prevention,screening,diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation plan should be applied for individual patient.Patients will get the maximal health benefic with the minimal resource input,and the prevention and management of cholelithiasis will be improved.With the renewal of the surgical concept and the development of surgical technique,the trend of gallbladder surgery has been towards to minimally invasive and functionally oriented procedures,which provide a possibility of individualized,humanized and artistical surgical approaches.关键词
