我国东部经济欠发达地区60岁以上社区人群糖尿病及高血压的患病现状调查
Prevalence of diabetes mellitus and hypertension in economic less-developed region of eastern China

Abstract
Objective To investigate the prevalence of diabetes and hypertension in economic lessdeveloped region of eastern China.Methods A survey on the prevalence of diabetes and hypertension was conducted in economic less-developed region of eastern China(for example Huaian city) in 2015.Through cluster multistage and random sampling,1 310 residents aged over 60 years were selected as participants.Results The overall prevalence of hypertension was 66.9％ among the participants:66.8％for females and 67.1％ for males.The overall prevalence of hypertension in participants aged 70 or above was higher than that in those aged 60-69 (72.1％ vs 63.8％,P＜0.05).The overall prevalence of diabetes was 21.9％:24.3％ for women and 19.7％ for men (P＜0.05),there was no significant difference between different age groups (P＞0.05).The intervention and control rate of patients with diabetes were 52.03％ and 2.47％,respectively.The intervention and control rate of patients with hypertension were 81.43％ and 34.82％,respectively.Diabetic patients with BMI＜ 24 had the highest control rate (61％) (P＜0.05),while hypertensive patients with BMI＜24 had the largest intervention rate (45.7％) (P＜0.05).Conclusion The present study showed high prevalence of diabetes and hypertension among elderly residents in economic less-developed region of eastern China.Comprehensive measures are suggested to be enhanced prevention and control of hypertension and diabetes.关键词
