摘要
Abstract
Dexmedetomidine (Dex) is a new highly selective α2 receptor agonist with analgesic,sedative,anxiolytic and other effects.Dex has been widely used in clinical anesthesia and ICU,its use in preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) has been widely reported.This article reviews the current progress of Dex in preventing PONV.关键词
