Abstract
As Huangjinxia Water Control Project has the characteristics of large flood-peak flow,large scale of flood discharge and energy dissipation structure,complicated operation condition,small regulation and storage capacity of reservoir,limited width of river bed,large fluctuation of downstream water level,etc.,the problems from flood discharge and energy dissipation as well as the anti-erosion of the downstream river banks are quite prominent.In order to reduce the width of the front edge of the ovefflow and consider desilting,construction diversion,etc.,the layout pattern of combining the surface outlet with the bottom outlet is finally determined to be adopted through the comparisons among several alternatives.Due to the larger downstream unit discharge and higher downstream water level of the surface flood discharge outlet,the energy dissipation pattern of flaring pier with bucket-stilling pool in surface spill ways and bottom-flow dissipation is adopted through the comparisons among several alternatives and the relevant experimental study.Flood discharging and energy dissipation structures are arranged in two zones,which lead to good effect under different conditions.The study result can provide a reference for the flood discharge and energy dissipation design of the similar project.关键词
