摘要

Abstract

Through the discussion on the construction characteristics of open-type TBM,the factors of the impacts on the tunneling speed of TBM during the excavation of the zone of high abradable hard rock and the adaptability of the open-type TMB are analyzed herein through the detailed descriptions of both the typical problems encountered by the open-type TBM during the excavation of the tunnel and the construction measures adopted in situ in combination with the specific condition for the construction within the zone of high abradable hard rock of Qinling Tunnel for Hanjiang-to-Weihe River Valley Water Diversion Project.The result shows that within the zone of high abradable hard rock,the mode of " two high and two low ",i.e.high rotational speed,low degree of penetration,high thrust and low torsion are suitable to be adopted for the tunneling parameters of the TBM,thus not only a tunneling basis for the successive excavation of Lingnan TBM construction section of Qinling Tunnel for Hanjiang-to-Weihe River Valley Water Diversion Project is laid,but also some specific suggestions for realizing TBM rapid tunneling are put forward.
