Steady-state simulation and dynamic control of reaction distillation process of tert-amyl methyl ether
摘要
Abstract
Steady-state research was conducted on the reaction distillation process of tert-amyl methyl ether(TAME) by using Aspen Plus simulation software. In design specification,the design and operation parameters of the reaction distillation column,C5-removing column and refinery column were determined and optimized,and the theoretical number of column plates,the optimum feed location,the reflux ratio and the sensitive plate temperature of each column device were determined. Based on the steady-state simulation design data,the feed flow disturbance and feed composition disturbance were investigated by Aspen Dynamics. The experimental results showed that the steady-state simulation results conformed to the product quality requirements,and the dynamic control structure design was reasonable, could satisfy the separation design requirements,could provide reliable technical support for the design of the technical process,development of the process system,parking solution,and fault diagnosis,and had a certain degree of practical guidance on industrial production.关键词
