Abstract
This paper evaluates the water resources ecological footprint in Guangdong Province from 2000 to 2014 by using spatio-temporal analysis and correlation analysis,and fully considers the influence of water pollution in the process,and presents the actual footprint of water resources in Guangdong and the influencing factors.The results reveal that the ecological footprint of Guangdong's water resources showed an upward trend from 2000 to 2014,Urban sewage,GDP per capita and industrial wastewater were the most important factors for the growth.The ecological footprint of water resources shows a semi-circular distribution which take the Pearl River Delta as the core and low in four weeks.The water resources of the province are ecological surplus,but the 7 cities of Dongguan,Foshan,Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Zhongshan,Shantou and Zhuhai have been in the ecological deficit of water resources for many years.In recent years,the utilization of water resources in the province has been increasing,among which the north and the northeast of Guangdong are the lowest.To achieve sustainable development of water resources in Guangdong Province,we must strictly control the water pollution ecological footprint of all cities,especially developed cities,and prevent water pollution from many aspects.关键词
