摘要

Abstract

The Electro-hydraulic actuator is widely used in mechatronic system.In view of the four typical scientific issues existing in electro-hydraulic servo system (EHSS),including model parametric uncertainy,external load disturbance,model construction of single-rod hydraulic cylinder and input and output physical constraints,the recent research work of nonlinear control technology used in EHSS is summarized and the related results of relevant experts are introduced.Furthermore,combined with the development of modern control theory,the future research of electro-hydraulic servo control technology is prospected.
