Abstract
This paper introduces a secondary reheater desuperheating water regulating valve of 600 MW supercritical unit,and we carry out the strength check and the thermal structure coupling analysis of regulating valve by using the finite element method.In order to understand the flow characteristics,the simulation calculation of flow capacity is also carried out under different opening conditions.The research shows that the material of the valve is reasonably selected and the structural strength meets the design requirements;the error of flow capacity value is controlled within 3 % between test and flow field analysis,and the mediation performance is good,which is instructive for design and operation of secondary reheater desuperheating water regulating valve in the project.关键词
