地佐辛注射液对老年结肠癌患者手术后炎症因子的影响
Effect of dezocine injection on the inflammatory factors of elderly patients after colon cancer surgery

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of dezocine injection in in flammatory factors,superoxide dismutase (SOD) and T lymphocytes of elderly patients after colon cancer surgery.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery for colon cancer were randomly divided into control group with 45 cases and treatment group with 45 cases.The control group received 1.5％ to 3.0％ sevoflurane continuous inhalation,remifentanil 4 μg · kg-1 · h-1 iv,and treatment group received 1.5％ to 3.0％ sevoflurane continuous inhalation,dezocine 4 μg · kg-1 · h-1 iv.Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interleukin-6 (IL-6),SOD,malondialdehyde (MDA) and T lymphocyte subsets,the incidence of adverse drug reactions in two groups were compared.Results At 24 h after operation,the TNF-α in treatment group and control group were (16.28 ± 3.21),(18.67 ±3.54)pg · L-1,SOD were (97.82 ±7.03),(94.48 ±6.45)nU · mL-1,MDA were respectively(4.10 ±0.54) and (4.72 ±0.61) mmol · L-1,CD3 + were(69.35 ± 2.53)％and (68.01 ± 2.23)％,all with significant difference (all P ＜ 0.05).The sedation scores in treatnent group and control group were (2.54 ± 0.66) and (1.48 ± 0.45) points,the pain scores were (1.49 ± 0.37) and (3.20 ± 0.59)points,with significant difference (all P ＜ 0.05).The adverse drug reactions in control group were mainly drowsiness,pruritus and nausea and vomiting.The adverse drug reactions in treatment group were drowsiness,nausea and vomiting,the incidence of adverse drug reactions in two groups were 13.33％,13.33％,with no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Dezocine injection can reduce immunosuppression in elderly patients with colorectal cancer under laparoscopic surgery,improve oxidative stress,promote postoperative recovery with high safety.关键词
