黄芩素对糖尿病周围神经病变保护作用机制研究进展
Advances on the protective mechanism study of baicalein on diabetic peripheral neuropathy
摘要
Abstract
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) is one of the most common chronic complications of diabetes,and is also the main cause of diabetic disability.Presently,there are more and more people suffering from DPN,so it is of great significance to further explore the pathogenesis and develop new drugs for the treatment of DPN.Baicalein has many biological functions,such as anti-inflammation,anti-allergy,anti-oxidative stress,anti-tumor,anti-bacteria,anti-thrombosis and protection of liver,heart and brain,neurons and so on.Previous studies have shown that baicalein has some preventive and therapeutic effects on DPN.Thus,this article makes a review of the achievements on protective mechanism studies of baicalein on DPN.关键词
