Abstract
Objective Serpin peptidase inhibitor clade E (SerpinE) which plays important role in modulateing the activity of serine proteinase,participates in the progress of fibrinolysis,inflammation,cell adhesion,migration and maintains homeostasis.Recently,accumulated evidence has demonstrated the connection between serpinE and the metabolism of glucose and lipid.This review summarizes the changes in SerpinE levels and latest progress study of serpinE on hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia -related disease.关键词
