Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes of serum 25(OH)D, IGF 1 and IGFBP 3 in colorectal cancer (CRC) patients, and explore the relationship of 25 (OH) D, IGF1 and IGFBP3 with tumor pathological characteristics in CRC patients. Methods One hundred and fifty healthy controls and 150 cases of CRC patients were selected in this study. The levels of serum 25(OH)D, IGF1 and IGFBP3 were detected and the clinical data of two groups were collected. Results Serum levels of 25(OH)D[(33.17±15.75) nmol/L] and IGFBP3[(133.06±53.42) μg/L] in patients with CRC were lower than those in healthy controls [(41.18±11.59) nmol/、(150.48±49.32) μg/L, P<0.05]. However, there was no significant difference in serum IGF1 levels between two groups. Both IGF1 [(122.46±66.35) ng/mL] and 25 (OH) D[(30.11±14.91) nmol/L] of low IGFBP3 group were lower than those of high IGFBP3 group[(147.63±61.44) ng/mL、(35.20±16.38) nmol/L, P<0.05].The serum IGF-1 in high-middle differentiation group[(124.64 ± 59.34)ng/mL]was lower than that in low differentiation group[(172.78±66.92) ng/mL], and the serum IGFBP3 level in patients with infiltration breakthrough muscle layer[(141.25±48.43) μg/L] was higher than that without breaking[(116.89±60.78) μg/L,P<0.05]. Conclusion Combined detection of serum 25(OH)D, IGF1 and IGFBP3 may has clinical application value for early diagnosis, recurrence and metastasis, and prognosis of CRC.关键词
