摘要

Abstract

The purpose of education is to cultivate people and guide them to pursue a happy life. The"happy vocational education" created by Changchun Vocational and Technical School includes six dimensions in two aspects: one is that students are happy to realize "to learn what they want to learn","to apply what they are good at"and"to do what they want to do";The other is teachers' happiness which is to realize"career path","road of promotion"and"happiness of life". The school promotes"student happiness"through internal professional measures, including creation, environmental creation, cultural construction and management system, as well as external measures, including international cooperation, school enterprise cooperation and event participation, meanwhile, promotes"happiness of teachers"through building up a platform for teachers, improving their ability and creating environment, so as to achieve the goal of"happy vocational education".
