高职院校开展现代学徒制的困境与对策
Difficulties and Countermeasures of Developing Modern Apprenticeship in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract
Modern apprenticeship has been proved to be an effective mode of training technical skills talents in the western countries. At present, China has regard it an important measure to innovate the talents training mode of the modern vocational education. The dilemmas exist in the process of launching modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges. It is suggested to focus on construction of the external environment, reconstruct the curriculum system by school-enterprise cooperation, construct"dual-quality"teaching staff, reform teaching management and operation mechanism as well as establish"double standard"assessment and evaluation system to promote the optimization of modern apprenticeship.关键词
