地方高校现代用人机制探析
Exploration on Modern Employing Mechanism of Local Universities
摘要
Abstract
In recent years, the modern employing mechanism of local colleges and universities in China is becoming more perfect and scientific. But there exists some problems, embodying in the seriously formal employing system, hidebound compensation systems, and one-sided performance appraisal. To solve the problems, it is suggested to adopt the diverse employing mechanism, establish talent selecting and competing mechanism, adopt flexible management of"humanistic care"to create dynamic lifting mechanism, implement the"three-dimensional"assessment mechanism, construct outstanding teachers echelon, so as to realize the innovation and transcendence of the management mechanism, and promote the in-depth reform and development of the personnel system in universities.关键词
