Abstract
At present, there are many problems in automation professionals cultivation, such as"more teaching, less practice, more learning, less doing, less perfection", and the quality of talent training is not satisfactory. Chongqing Engineering Polytechnic deeply cooperates with enterprises to launch the"One Core, Two Levels and Three Merges"innovative talent cultivation mode of automation specialties. In the concrete practice, it has achieved good results in the cultivation and assessment of students'implementation of differentiation, the implementation of"three-level school-enterprise cooperation"training mechanism, and the wide integration of industry-enterprise standards.关键词
