人工培植竹荪与野生竹荪抗氧化活性比较研究
Study on Antioxidant Activity of Wild and Cultivated Dictyophora indusiata

Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to extract the water soluble components in cultivated and wild Dictyophora indusiata through decocting extraction,and analyze the antioxidant activity as well as its difference because of the different cultivating ways.This provides a referent standard for the artificial cultivated Dictyophora indusiata.[Method]Taking vitamin C as the reference substance,this study applied DPPH and · OH to examine the antioxidant activity by traditional decocting,and determined the total reduction capacity.[Result] Both wild and cultivated Dictyophora indusiata had certain antioxidant activity,but both were weaker than Vitamin C,and the antioxidant capacity of wild and cultivated Dictyophora indusiata were not significantly different.[Conclusion] There is no significant difference between the cultivated and wild Dictyophora indusiata if only considering the antioxidant activity extracted by tradintional decocting way.The cultivated Dictyophora indusiata can be a replace of the wild Dictyophora indusiata.关键词
