基于原球茎培养的白芨育苗技术研究
Study on Seeding Technique of Bletilla striata Based on Protocorm Cultivation
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the Bletilla striata protocorm liquid cultivation and protocorm direct seeding technique.[Method] Orthogonal test was used to screen the concentrations of MS medium,potato juice and KT,so as to study the protocorm liquid proliferation cultivation.Single factor test was used to screen the seeding mediumn of protocorm.[Result] The most suitable factor combination for Bletilla striata protocorm liquid culture was MS + KT 1.0 mg/L + potato juice 120 g/L,and the most suitable matrix for Bletilla striata seeding was humus soil 50％ +scraps of wood 50％ + NAA 0.5 mg/L + banana juice 100.0 g/L.[Conclusion] The technology route of Bletilla striata protocorm liquid cultivation and protocorm seedling-raising was feasible in production,which simplified the cultivation procedure.关键词
