鹅源巴氏杆菌的分离与鉴定
Isolation and Identification of Pasteurella multocida in Goose
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To identify the pathogen that caused a large number of white necrosis of the needle point in the liver surface of dead geese.[Method] The microscopic examination of liver smear was observed,and Wright-Giemsa staining was conducted.After using ordinary broth and blood culture medium for separation and purification,PCR amplification was carried out by Pasteurella multocida specific primers.The purified product was cloned into PMD18-T vector,then sent to the biological company for sequencing.[Result]The similarity of the obtained sequencing result by comparison to Pasteurella multocida was 99％,which was determined as Pasteurella multocida combined with biochemical test results.[Conclusion] The research could provide basis for the prevention and control of pasteurellosis.关键词
