Abstract
According to the multi-faceted nature of human being represented by complex human system,four dimensions of subject man were proposed:human race,human development,human consciousness and human practice.From this point of view,it explored the governance path of ecological environment issues,including the dialectical optimization of population factors,the re-planning of human society development,the cultivation of ecological environmental awareness and codes of conduct and the search for international solidarity and cooperation.关键词
