代际与城市规模视角下农民工技能培训选择与政策响应
The Selection and Policy Response of Migrant Workers' Skills Training in the Perspective of Inter-generation and Urban Scale
摘要
Abstract
Based on the sample survey of 1 225 migrant workers in different cities in Liaoning Province,the descriptive statistical method was used to analyze the skills training of migrant workers from the perspective of inter-generation and urban differences.The study found that 71.67％of migrant workers were willing to participate in skills training,a new generation of migrant workers than older generation,large urban migrant workers than small and medium-sized cities migrant workers need higher skills training.Further study of migrant workers on the choice of skills training content,found that the younger,the higher degree of education,the higher level of professional migrant workers on the selection of skills training content are more advanced.This paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the training of migrant workers from three aspects:strengthening the skills training ahead of schedule,implementing the differentiated vocational skill training content system and intensifying the training support to the enterprise.关键词
