活血潜阳祛痰方对肥胖高血压大鼠血管紧张素Ⅱ及糖脂代谢的影响
Effect of Huoxue Qianyang Qutan Prescription on Angiotensin Ⅱ and Glycolipid Metabolism in Rats with Obesity and Hypertension

Abstract
Objective To explore the interventional effect of Huoxue Qianyang Qutan Prescription on angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ),homeostatic model assessment for insulin resistance (HOME-IR),and blood lipids in rats with obesity and hypertension.Methods Five-week-old male spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs) were fed with high-fat diet for 10 weeks to establish a rat model of obesity and hypertension,and then these rats were randomly divided into model group,traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) group,and Western medicine group.Wistar-Kyoto rat control group and SHR control group were also established.The rats in the TCM group were given Huoxue Qianyang Qutan Prescription by gavage,those in the Western medicine group were given valsartan by gavage,and those in the other three groups were given purified drinking water by gavage.Body mass index and systolic blood pressure (SBP) were measured after 8 weeks of treatment,as well as the level of Ang lⅡ in serum and the myocardium,fasting plasma glucose (FPG),and levels of insulin and blood lipids.Results In the rats with obesity and hypertension,Huoxue Qianyang Qutan Prescription significantly reduced the increased Lee index,SBP,FPG,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HOME-IR,and Ang Ⅱ level in serum and the myocardium (all P<0.05).Conclusion Rats with obesity and hypertension have severe endocrine-metabolic disorder,and Huoxue Qianyang Qutan Prescription can effectively reduce the level of Ang Ⅱ and improve abnormal blood lipid levels and insulin resistance.关键词
