表面粘贴式光纤光栅传感器的应变传递机理分析与实验研究

Abstract
Fiber Bragg grating strain sensor encapsulated in metal substrate,which has the characteristics of high linearity,good repeatability and easy calibration. In application,the accuracy of the measurement depends on the properties of the adhesive due to the non-direct contact between the fiber and the matrix. This paper is based on the analysis of the mechanism of FBG strain perception. Based on the mechanical simulation,the metal base structure is designed. A four layer strain transfer simulation model including fiber Bragg grating,shell,viscose layer and matrix is established. The FBG strain sensor is made and the strain test is carried out with the cantilever beam. The good experimental results are obtained and the error of the simulation calculation is within 0.5%.关键词
