摘要

Abstract

At present,the study of giant magnetostrictive materials,Terfenol-D,mainly focuses on the test and analysis of hysteresis in static or quasi-static conditions.In order to better explore the high frequency hysteresis characteristics of this material,a Terfenol-D sample was made into a square annular sheet.Under different driving magnetic field and different magnetic density,the dynamic hysteresis curve is measured.It is used to analysis the values and the trends of magnetic losses and study magnetic parameters changes with frequency and magnetic density. The results of the experiments show that the width and area of dynamic hysteresis curve increase,as the driving magnetic field or the magnetic density increases. In the meanwhile,the remanence,the coercivity and the losses also increase. This study provides experimental data for the theoretical analysis of the high-frequency hysteresis and electromagnetic loss of the Terfenol-D magnetostrictive material.
