摘要

Abstract

In this paper,a kind of stress measurement instrument for ferromagnetic material is developed based on the principle of Magnetic Barkhausen Noise. The instrument includes magnetic Barkhausen noise sensor,low frequency continuous power amplifier,low noise small signal amplifier and stress calibration technology. It can testing and evaluate the stress state of different ferromagnetic materials. As the project application results show,it has the advantages of quick and easy stress detection scanning in key parts of in-service equipment. And the stress testing sensitivity and accuracy is good.
