摘要

Abstract

A finite element model was established by ABAQUS to analyze impact damage of HT3/5222 composite laminate under hygrothermal environment.Impact damage at 20℃ and low humidity environment under different impact energy was calculated and was reasonable by comparing with the experimental results. The effects of temperature and rate of moisture absorption on impact damage was calculated by the model. Results show that with the increase of temperature,the damage area increases and the higher the temperature, the greater the increase.The increase of temperature shows stronger effect on low energy impact.The damage area at 120℃ is 16.3 times higher than the area at 20℃ under the impact energy of 20J.The rate of moisture absorption has a similar effect with the temperature on impact damage area,but the high humidity has stronger effect than the high temperature.Both The the effects of temperature and rate of moisture absorption affect on the impact energy of initial damage and of failure are notable obviously.The impact energy of initial damage decreases from 14.7J at 20℃ to 6.2J at 120℃,decreasing by 58%.
