改进的形态差值滤波器在滚动轴承故障诊断中的应用
Application of Improved Morphology Different Filter in Rolling Bearing Fault Diagnosis
摘要
Abstract
In order to effectively reduce the noise in the rotating machinery vibration signal,we extract impulse components in the rolling bearing.A new methodology is proposed that using integrated five-spot triple smoothing and improved morphological filter operators.Five-spot triple smoothing is first step to eliminate the background noise,then using improved morphology different filter(GDIF)extracting impulse components,morphology different filter(GDIF)is based on different filter(DIF).The result of instance shows that method(F-GDIF)is better in extracting impulse components.关键词
