Lightweight Design of an I/P Structure Beam Based on TRB Structure
摘要
Abstract
In order to achieve lightweight design of an I/P Structure,CAE and Tailor Rolling Blanks (TRB)was used to achieve the optimal design.The beam tube was transfer to continuous variable section of beams from equal thickness,through the parameter interaction by APDL in ANSYS.The modal factor of a part on I/P Structure was used to measure the influence of lightweight.It also defines the direction of lightweight design.The final optimization model achieves 9.65%weight loss.关键词
