商用车变速器换挡性能试验台测控系统设计
Design of Measurement and Control System for Shifting Performance Test-Bench of Commercial Vehicle Transmissions
摘要
Abstract
This paper designs a set of automatic and intelligent measuring and controlling system for the transmission performance test platform of commercial vehicle transmission.The core of this system is industrial computer.The AC frequency conversion motor and shift manipulator is controlled by PLC,in order to realize the simulation of transmission working conditions.The data acquisition card is used to collect the test parameters,so as to evaluate the gear shifting performance.Finally,in this paper,the measurement and control system for shifting performance test-bench of commercial vehicle transmissions and its hardware instruments are combined with a certain type of manual transmission, and the test results are satisfactory.关键词
