Load Spectrum Prediction and Verification of Steering Link Assembly Based on Six Component Force
摘要
Abstract
In order to simplify the process of collecting the load spectrum for the tie rod assembly and obtain its load spectrum accurately,a method based on the six component force for forecasting the load spectrum of the tie rod assembly is proposed and the feasibility is verified.A load spectrum acquisition and calibration method was developed for the three SUVs.According to the multiple linear regression method,a regression model was established to obtain the load spectrum of the steering link assembly with six-component force.The exact six-point force obtained from the acquisition and calibration.The regression model was used to confirm the prediction method of the load spectrum of the drawbar assembly.On this basis,a comprehensive verification and evaluation of prediction methods are carried out from time domain,frequency domain and damage domain.The results show that the error values are small,and the proposed method can accurately predict the load spectrum of the drawbar assembly.关键词
