Static Analysis and Dynamic Simulation of Concrete Pump Truck Boom
摘要
Abstract
Concrete pump truck,a highly-efficient concrete pouring equipment,often works in a variety of complex conditions.Therefore,the concrete pump truck should have a boom system with a high degree of overall stiffness,strength,reliability and adaptability to work,which are strict requirements for the design of the boom system.In this paper,the finite element analysis of the three-dimensional model of the boom system is carried out by ANSYS,and the stress and the strain of the boom system are obtained.Then,ADAMS is used to establish the simulation model of hinge system between adjacent arms of concrete pump truck.The change rule of acceleration and stress of the arms are also analyzed when the booms are in different positions.The result provides the boundary conditions and decision-making basis for the parameters of boom structure.关键词
