摘要

Abstract

Research progresses on grain boundary character distribution(GBCD)of face-centered cubic(FCC)metals were briefly reviewed,with particular attentions paid to influential factors(such as deformation amount,annealing temperature and time)during processing and optimization mechanisms related to annealing twins.Processing strategies leading to improved IGC performance in GBCD-optimized materials were also noted,with the in-depth microstructural reasons discussed. Finally,further work to be conducted in this field was tentatively figured out.
