摘要

Abstract

Anti wear performance and wear mechanism of H13 steel treated by laser bionic coupling was studied at room temperature.Different morphology(linear,mesh)about H13 steel's wear resistance was analyzed.Using Nd:YAG laser endows H13 steel specimen surface bionic morphology. It uses HVS-1000 microscopic hardness tester and HSR-2M high speed reciprocating friction testing machine to measure bionic unit cross-sectional hardness and gets sample surface's wear mass.By using metallographic microscope,SEM,samples's cross section and surface microscopic morphology of the grinding crack were researched and wear mechanism was analyzed.Compared with the matrix, H13 steel which was treated by laser mesh was about 20 times more resistant to abrasion,and the sample of linear biomimetic was about 13 times higher.The laser bionic unit can change the abrasion mechanism of the sample,and the abrasion of the substrate is gradually changed to adhesion wear.
