叶尖间隙主动控制系统机匣模型试验台设计技术研究
Design of Experimental Apparatus for the Engine Case in Active Clearance Control System

Abstract
The design of thermal-deformation controlled engine case was studied according to the development of the active clearance control in turbine aero-engine.The experimental scheme was proposed including the electrical heating system,coolant supply system,temperature and deformation measuring system.Experimental apparatus was established and typical experiments were carried out.Then design was also validated by the typical experimental data.The whole experimental system worked well.The relative maximum case's temperature difference between the calculation and experiment is about 5.46%,while the relative maximum case's deformation difference is 22.42%. All the results show that proposed design method for the thermal-deformation controlled engine case is reasonable,and the accuracy of calculation models is good as well.关键词
