社区归属感对乡村旅游小企业社会责任感知影响研究——以袁家村为例
Impacts of Community Attachment on Tourism Small Enterprises' Social Responsibility Perception in Rural Region:Taking Yuanjia Village as an Example

Abstract
The paper employs the theory of community attachment,place identity and corporate social responsibility.We explore the relationship among social responsibility perception,community attachment and place identity from the point of residents'emotion with the method of exploratory factor analysis and regression analysis.The research findings show that:Tourism small enterprises' social responsibility can be divided into five dimensions,that are,tourism small enterprises should burden the responsibility for the government,the employees,the tourists,the shareholders,the community and environment.Place identity emphasizes self-construction through the place and is a part of self-identity.Place identity is the result variable of the community attachment,that is, community attachment has a significantly positive effect on place identity.Community attachment, place identity are all affecting social responsibility awareness of tourism small enterprise positively. Place identity has partial mediating effect between the small enterprises'social responsibility perception and community attachment for the residents.关键词
